How to create a culture of “looking from multiple lenses”

Busy innovators often struggle to showcase their ideas because of limited exposure to topics in business, entrepreneurship, and areas outside tech. A baselining exercise also revealed these gaps in the innovation efforts of one of our clients, a multinational computer technology company.

To help the techies broaden their perspectives, we offered to organize mini courses for them that use a curiosity-first approach. Following a unique sip-drip-ship model, these culture-building programs designed and run by CTQ are the first of their kind: combining sync and async modes, allowing for self-paced consumption, and presenting quick challenges to reinforce habit and learning.

For this client, we began with a ‘CTQ Storytelling Drip Program’ to get them started on their curiosity journey.

Here’s a closer look at what it entailed and how it went.
