When in 2018, it acquired new parentage and experienced changes in the business model with a 6X predicted growth, it decided to engage Choose To Thinq (CTQ for short) to redefine the values and drive culture to the last mile. What they hoped to achieve was a thriving culture of agility, adaptability, and high performance.
For this culture shift, CTQ pinpointed the bottlenecks and went on to outline and action the essentials: leadership alignment to the culture roadmap, creating a performance driven culture, and reiterating the values through stories. The exercise also includes role structuring and career lattice definition.
