You need a Zorm for your next online meeting
A ‘Zorm’ is a norm for a Zoom (or any other remote) meeting. The term was coined by Nellie Terry, a TA to Prof. Bob Sutton at Stanford in early 2020, for students of their now remote course.
Examples (as mentioned here):
Join meetings with video on and audio muted, use the hand-raise feature when you have a comment or question, introduce yourself before speaking, and use the mute button when you’re not speaking.
What other Zorms do you use?
