Context: Culture is extremely important for a growing company. Simply put, culture is a shared set of values and beliefs and it is how people behave when no one is watching.
For start-ups and fast growing companies, culture becomes extremely important as this is what gets their people connected and feel a sense of belonging. The importance of company culture gets amplified in a remote work context. Also, the employee today evaluates job offers on not only the salary and the designation but also the culture and the kind of people one gets to work with. So, if a company wants to attract good talent, they need to have a good culture.

Research and consolidation
What kind of projects?
Conduct a research on Indian companies that boast of a great culture and have adopted a remote way of working. How is their culture benefiting them? Find articles in the public domain to validate this.
Which companies globally boast of customer obsession? What do they do and how do they do it?
How to go about the project?
The CTQ team will mentor and guide you through the process. Your work output will be directly or indirectly used in some of our publications (you will get more details when you come on board).

What is the duration of the internship?
The internship projects will commence from 1st March to 31st May 2022. You can choose the duration of your internship- from a minimum of 3 weeks to 3 months.
What will be the selection process?
Research on Indian Company Culture- Create a report with short notes on 5 Indian companies that have a great culture with short notes on their culture and how it is helping them in business growth.
