Getting Jeff Bezos’s attention
Amazon has its share of dissatisfied customers. Some will even write directly to Jeff Bezos to complain. Amazon execs & managers are used to Bezos forwarding some emails to them, with a single “?” in the body. If the boss sends you the message, you drop everything to investigate the complaint and set things right.
For Bezos, this is a simple way to directly gather customer feedback & intelligence. But how can you get the attention of higher-ups at organizations when you feel unheard by their customer service?

Keep it cordial but simple. You may be upset but don’t take it out on the CEO.
Include a compact set of specific details that makes it easier for the CEO to forward and for their underlings to follow up on.
Be truthful.
