3 Pieces of Advice for a 2020 Fresher

When asked what should an industry fresher keep in mind to stay relevant in 2040, Sirisha has these three suggestions:

  1. Become a learning machine; keep upskilling

  2. Work on communication and the ability to showcase (without bragging)

  3. Put your hand up for opportunities even if you feel you aren’t ready (no one ever is)
